Every B2B software company looks the same. Dark blue website, gradient hero, feature grid, pricing page, "Book a Demo" button. The color of SaaS is blue. It has been for twenty years.
Today we changed ours to amber. Not because we wanted a new look. Because we are a fundamentally different kind of company now.
What we learned
For two years, we built tools. Champions for customer proof, TopRep for sales coaching, TopJourney for buyer journey audits. Good products. Real customers. People told us they loved what the tools did.
But something wasn't adding up. Customers would sign up, get excited during onboarding, praise the product in calls. And then not log in.
We'd send a notification: "A new case study was generated from your latest customer call." They'd reply: "This is amazing." But they still wouldn't log in. We'd surface a coaching insight about a sales rep's talk pattern. The VP of Sales would say: "This is exactly what I needed." But the dashboard sat untouched.
It was perplexing. They loved the outcomes. They loved every email we sent showing them what we'd found. They just didn't want to operate the tool.
“The excitement was never about the platform. It was about the results that showed up in their inbox.”
The case study. The insight. The competitive mention. They didn't want to log into a dashboard and go find it. They wanted it delivered. The tool was the obstacle, not the solution. We were selling the means when people wanted the end.
The shift
This isn't just us. Something structural is changing. The SaaS model asked every company to buy tools, hire people to operate them, integrate them with other tools, and hope the combination produced results. The average mid-market company now runs 200+ applications. The overhead of managing software has become its own full-time job.
AI agents break this model open. For the first time, it's economically viable to deliver outcomes directly. Not "here's a tool, figure it out." Instead: "here's the result, we handled it."
That's the shift we're making. We stopped selling software. We started delivering outcomes. Customer proof, content, SEO, website management, outreach, sales coaching, market intelligence. All managed by AI agents. All delivered as results, not logins.
The operating system underneath
Delivering outcomes requires a different kind of infrastructure. Agents can't operate drag-and-drop builders or click through GUI dashboards. They need code, APIs, structured data. And critically, they need shared context.
So we built what we call a Company Operating System. A single data layer that holds everything about your business: customer calls, CRM data, website, content, competitive landscape. One place. One truth.
An agent sits on top of that data. Not a chatbot. A persistent intelligence that understands your business and operates across every function. When one agent discovers something in a call recording, every other agent can use it. No handoffs. No sync meetings. No silos.
This is the part that makes compounding possible.
How compounding works
Month one, the agents are learning. Processing your calls, indexing your content, mapping your customer base. Outputs are good but broad.
Month three, something shifts. The agents know your top customers by name. They know which verticals close fastest. They know your brand voice well enough that drafts need fewer edits. Content starts referencing real outcomes instead of hypothetical ones.
Month six, the gap becomes hard to close. Case studies feed your blog. Your blog feeds SEO. SEO drives inbound. Inbound creates customers. Those customers have calls. The cycle repeats. Every rotation is faster and more precise than the last.
Agencies can't do this. They start from scratch every quarter. Our agents never forget.
Why amber
We chose amber because it represents what we believe in. Not the cold efficiency of software, but the warmth of a partner who gets to know your business. Not a flat interface, but something with geological depth — layers that build on each other over time.
“Blue is the color of tools. Amber is the color of outcomes.”
The future is amber.
