Every B2B software company looks the same. Dark blue website, gradient hero, feature grid, pricing page, "Book a Demo" button. The color of SaaS is blue. It has been for twenty years.
Today we changed ours to amber. Not because we wanted a new look. Because we are a fundamentally different kind of company now.
For the past two years, AdamX was a product company. We built tools: Champions for customer proof, TopRep for sales coaching, TopJourney for buyer journey audits. Good products. Real customers. But we kept running into the same thing.
Our best customers didn't want a tool. They wanted the outcome. They didn't want a case study platform. They wanted case studies. They didn't want a content tool. They wanted content. They didn't want to learn another dashboard. They wanted someone to make the problem go away.
The SaaS model is breaking
The average mid-market company runs 200+ SaaS applications. Each one promised efficiency. Together, they created a sprawling, fragmented operation that nobody fully understands. Every tool requires training, maintenance, and someone to own it.
We were adding to that pile. We don't want to anymore.
“Companies are moving from buying tools to buying outcomes. Not "here's a platform, figure it out." Instead: "here's the result, we handled it."”
AI agents are what make this viable. An agency that charges $20K per month needs a team of people. An agent-powered service delivers the same output at a fraction of the cost because the agents do the work. The humans manage the agents, not the tasks.
So we changed everything
We stopped selling software. We started delivering outcomes. Customer proof, content, SEO, website management, outreach, sales coaching, market intelligence. All managed by AI agents. All delivered as results, not logins.
This isn't agents bolted onto existing tools. The tools themselves have to change. Agents can't operate drag-and-drop builders or click through GUI dashboards. They need code, APIs, structured data. So we built infrastructure that agents can actually run: a Company Operating System that holds all of your data in one place, with agents that share context across every function.
One signed contract lands in the system. The agent reads it and derives everything: deal closed, first invoice generated, onboarding started, renewal flagged. One call transcript gets analyzed for sales signals, customer satisfaction, feature requests, and competitive mentions simultaneously. Not five people entering data into five systems. One system, one understanding.
Why amber
Blue is the color of SaaS. Every B2B software company looks the same: dark blue, gradients, feature grids, pricing tiers.
We chose amber because it signals something different. Warmth. Partnership. A company that understands your business, not one that hands you a login and wishes you luck. Amber is the color of geological layers, deep and compounding. It's the visual language of a services company that gets better the longer we work together.
“The design change isn't cosmetic. It's a statement: we are not a software company anymore.”
What this means for you
If you're a company spending $15K per case study, or managing six marketing tools, or waiting two weeks for a landing page: we'd rather just do it for you.
You tell us the outcome. We build the agents. Every month, the system knows your business better than the month before. Context compounds. Results follow.
The future is amber.
